                             RESOLUTION NO.   21170 
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                  AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY RELATIVE
                  TO ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND
                  CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF THE WILLIAMS STREET
                  CSO CONTROL FACILITY FOR A CONTRACT AMOUNT NOT
                  TO EXCEED THREE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND,
                  EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($342,800.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley relative to 

       engineering services for the design and construction management 
of
       the Williams Street CSO (Combined Sewer Overflow) Control 
Facility
       for a contract amount not to exceed $342,800.00.
